Brazil is a land of extremes, famous for football, carnivals, rain forests and coffee. It’s a tropical paradise situated along the eastern coast of South America. One of the most diverse and beautiful countries on the Earth, for centuries it has been quite popular in igniting the passion for traveling of not only the Westerners, but also those who are located in the East as well. And in the stretch of the Brazilian coast that has no winter, cold, and bad weather is the stunning Canoa Quebrada, a place where you can be sure to experience the Culture of Brazil.

Canoa Quebrada is a great place in Ceara and is located 164 km from the capital of the state, Fortaleza. Canoa landscape is full of coconut trees, lagoon, and cliffs. Besides that, there are a lot of beaches. Canoa used to be a small fishing village that was discovered for tourism around the 70s. Besides the overwhelming landscape, the greatest attractions to enjoy the sun are the dune buggy tours through the sand dunes along the beach and the red cliffs, and the refreshing dives in the calm blue green ocean.

Reserve a day to sail on the jangadas (native fishing boats) and horseback riding along the beach. For the adventurers at heart, try kite surfing, cliff gliding, capoeria, or go take an adventure through the fishing villages during long walks and discover ecological trails of Canoa Quebrada.
